About me
Yoga can help you to relax, increase physical strength and flexibility, but most importantly to replenish and reset your mind. I attended my first yoga class in 2003 and have practiced regularly both in yoga studios and in my home. In 2020, I obtained my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification where I gained a deeper understanding of the history of yoga as well as the specific physical benefits of each yoga pose. I hope to share these benefits with you as we enjoy taking time out to replenish our mind, body and spirit.
