The McHenry Landmark Commission has developed a local history video for use in the classroom. The video traces the development of McHenry pre and post European development. We will also be handing out study guides, lesson plans and resources for teachers tied to the video. There will also be local history resource kits for teachers. This is appropriate and designed for grades 6-12 and would be useful for Social Science teachers as well as Natural Science teachers.
